The property has 5 residential complexes named after flowers namely: Champa, Mogra, Gulab, Anar & Surkhab. The rooms are a subtle mix of antiquity and modernity, creating an atmosphere of elegance. MAYUR LIBRARY CAFÉ:

MORCHALLI & MAHUA BAR:

Both these bars are independently located indoors and outdoors respectively. They offer fine assortment of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. They have a small but delightful Tapas menu to perfectly accompany the drinks.
